Pre-treat & agitate
Hot pre-treatment is applied to high-traffic areas and stains. It lifts the dirt out of the fibres before extraction, so we pull out grime, not just water.

Hot-water extract
Truck-powered hot-water extraction flushes the fibres and pulls almost all of the moisture back out in the same pass. Deep clean, fast dry.
- 04Step 4
Deodorise & groom
Neutral deodoriser neutralises any lingering odours. The pile is groomed straight, and we leave the home ventilated and walk-on dry within hours.

- Pricing is based on the size of the area, the number of rooms and the condition of the carpet. We'll assess the job and give you a clear, transparent quote before any work begins. Every quote is free and fixed in writing — no surprises.
- Drying time depends on the carpet type, thickness, ventilation and conditions on the day. We'll open windows and run fans where helpful. Hot-water extraction pulls nearly all the moisture back out in the same pass — over-wetting isn't an issue.
- Yes — we use enzymatic treatments designed for protein stains (urine, vomit) that break down the source rather than just masking the smell. For deeply contaminated underlay we'll flag it before starting so there are no surprises.
- Light items (chairs, stools, rugs) are helpful to move aside. Heavier items like beds and sofas we'll shift and replace — included in the price. If you'd prefer us to work around specific pieces, just tell us.
- Yes for wool, nylon, polyester and polypropylene — which covers almost every Melbourne home. On rare delicate carpets (some antique wool rugs, viscose) we'll recommend a low-moisture method instead. We always check before we start.
