- Yes. We only use non-toxic, low-residue, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe around kids, pets and sensitive skin. Drying time varies depending on the carpet type, ventilation and conditions on the day.
- Drying time depends on the carpet type, thickness, ventilation and conditions on the day. Opening windows or running fans speeds things up. Our hot-water extraction machine pulls most of the moisture back out so over-wetting isn't an issue.
- Yes to both — subject to availability. Same-week bookings are almost always possible, and we run weekend jobs for end-of-lease deadlines and busy households. Call us for the fastest turnaround.
- Hot-water extraction across all carpeted areas, treatment of visible stains, deodorising, and an itemised receipt on the day. Every end-of-lease clean is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee — if anything isn't right, we'll come back and put it right at no charge.
- Light items (chairs, stools, rugs) are helpful to move aside. Heavier items like beds and sofas we'll shift and replace ourselves — no extra charge. If you'd prefer we clean around specific pieces, just tell us on the day.
- Cash, bank transfer or card on the day. You'll receive an itemised receipt for your records — handy for renters, landlords and accountants.
